Technology Application:
Crude hydrogen (mainly CH4, Co, CO2, H2 and H2O) is produced from natural gas (low carbon chain hydrocarbons) by steam reforming process, and then purified by pressure swing adsorption technology to obtain hydrogen with purity meeting the requirements of users.
The natural gas is compressed to the appropriate pressure (according to the user's gas consumption and the optimal operating pressure) by the compressor, and then it is preheated for fine desulfurization. Then it enters the reformer with a certain proportion of steam for reaction. Then it passes through the waste heat boiler of the reformer gas, recovers the heat of the reformer gas, and enters the intermediate reformer for conversion reaction to obtain the crude hydrogen. After a series of heat exchange and cooling, the natural gas is cooled, Enter the pressure
